Pop up window size

I am having problems getting Actinic to let me alter the pop up window size that the Extended Info tab describes

The settings in that tab and also on Design | Options | Layouts menu are greyed out

Anyone got any idea how to free them up?

You can usually just select them and type over them on the product page. They then become "un-greyed" and use the new values.
