Changing HOME page

Hi,
My new site is almost ready to go 'live' but I can't remember how I changed my HOME page to show a welcome message and a graphic !!!
If anyone could remind me whch template to edit, then I would be extremely grateful.
My website URL is - www.weekendhippy.co.uk and I want to replace the 'secure site' graphic and the welcome message.
I'm tearing my hair out trying to remember !!!!!

in the catalog screen there should be at the top left of the page the home page, with maybe a couple of pages beneath it (indented).

Double click on each of those and it should be one of them.
