Setting Up Offers

Hi

We have set up some offers in Actinic V7.5, what we have done is done 10% for £25 then 15% off £50 etc but the problem is in the basket if there is a item over £50 is only taken 10% off.

Does Actinic only let you have 1 offer like this or can you have more than 1.

Hi,

Reverse the order that they are set in the discounts window and it will then work. The way you have it set at the moment has the following effect if a customer spends say £55:

has this customer spent £25 - yes he has so don't need to look at any other discounts.

If you reverse them then it works as:

has he spent £50, if yes apply the 15% discount, if no, look at next discount - has he spent £25, if yes apply the 10% discount.
