I want to set up some customer accounts but I only want them to have discounts on set products in 1 section. When you create a price schedulet automatically applies it to every product on the site.

Is there a way of limiting this or is it a case of just going and unticking all the boxes that you don't want the price schedule to appear against?

Hi Kathy is it a case of just going and unticking all the boxes that you don't want the price schedule to appear against? Yes. A price schedule is set up initially across all products, but you can manually adjust it for certain products.

What a pain! I have hundreds of products and only want a price schedule attached to a dozen or so - can it be added to the wish list that you can apply price settings to individual products rather than globally!

Off to do alot of unticking..

What a pain! I agree. Fortunately, v7 will see a lot more discounting functionality introduced, e.g. ability to apply a discount to a product group.
