Error parsing XML text

Hi,

please can anyone tell me why when I add a product to basket the cart page shows

"Error parsing XML text (Actinic:RETAIL_PRICE_TEXT)"

instead of the details of the product. The prices are correct however is dosent give the details. Additionally the quantity lines without the description are duplicated at the bottom of the page. :confused:
