Missing something basic? Default choice selection

Hello again,

I think I must be missing something basic - my default choice selection is radio buttons and I want it to be drop down list but I can't seem to find where to set the default.

Suggestions gratefully received!

the default of radio buttons is a complete pain...but there is no way to change it.

I've lost count of the number of uploads i've done with RAdio buttons, only to have to change all new components to ddbs.

I Never use Radio Buttons - BUT I Always seem to forget to change the default.
