I want to move the 'add to cart' button below the price.

I think you will find it is located in the ProductLine HTML templates for example Act_ProductLine.HTML it is called from NETQUOTEVAR:ADDTOCARTBUTTON

If you do a search using windows in the site1 directory/folder and search for files *.* containing NETQUOTEVAR:ADDTOCARTBUTTON
you should be able to find all instances where it is used.
