Hi Dave
Very good community etiquette to review other sites before asking for one for yourself - good brownie points :)
I am in 2 minds whether i like the top grey banner
Cons - your logo doesn't stand out
Pros - its different, the shopping basket does stand out.
I've attached an image of the kyyocera page as the wide format printer image is out of kilter - is this intentional?
The About us includes your terms etc, i'd prefer to see terms under a clear title of terms/conditions. "About" is not terms, i only clicked it as i couldn't find terms

thanks,
-the wide format button doesnt show offline when i view that page. are you using firefox/opera etc?
-just about to edit out the terms from the about us page.
-The top banner image has been one of the main points i have been looking at. At the moment my theory is that it is different as most other printer specialist shops are using the clasic white on white themes. Im not sure if what im using is the best, but hopefully it makes us more memorable.

you may be using a different layout for the 'Wide Format' section. It might be similar enough that IE let's any differences go but not FF?
perhaps it's because that section isn't actually a link?

Didn't realsie it wasn't linking any more.
Changed a few bits last week and must have missed it.

the wide has fallen back into line now - and yes i was using FF2 to view the site.
Using the colour scheme you have ie blue/white it will be difficult to make your site stand out from other printer sites as the colours are quite generic - maybe just look as brightening up the lettering in the logo?
Once i was into the site, it felt very nice, the overall design fits the product range

I like the top brown area, I would stick with that. However in Google Chrome the shopping basket floats across to the left so it looks a bit squashed up there, not sure if people are testing/reviewing with Chrome yet but I think it makes sense to give it a quick look.

Changed it after you noticed it.

Brown? It was supposed to be grey :(

Looked at it once in chrome and noticed that but forgot about changing it.
Thanks for reminding me.
