Different products and quanties shiping costs

Hi,

I have a customer who wants the following.

for item "A" 1 to 5 costs £5
for item "A" 6 to 10 costs £8

then

for item "B" 1 to 12 costs £5
for item "B" 12 to 24 costs £10
for 25+ add £1

How can i implement this.
