'Add to cart button' not working

Hi,

I dont know what i have done to my site but something is wrong within the 'act_primary' file - and it is not letting me add any products to the cart.

If anyone could take a look at the code any tell me what i have done !! it was working a few days ago but i dont know what i have done to bugga it up :eek:

Can you not revert to a snapshot prior to making the changes that have messed things up. might be the easiest solution
