Rules as follows:-

The made up word must consist of two full real words put together, no parts of words will be allowed.
You must supply a description for said word.
It must be amusing, it's Friday after all.

here's one to start you off:-

CHUCKLEKNUCKLE - When an amusing drunken conversation in the pub between friends turns into fistycuffs over some insignificant detail.

(not an entry)
Douglas Adams wrote a whole book of these called The Meaning of Liff. In his case, the words were all obscure UK place names. The one I remember was:
Snitterfield - a notice board at one's place of work that is covered in holiday postcards and little signs with sayings like: "You don't have to be mad to work here, but it helps".
