Possible to make CV (security) no compulsory

I dont think its possible to make it compulsory for a customer to supply his CV number.
About 10% of my customers dont supply it on the check-out form and I have to contact them
Can this be made compulsory (like all other types of on-line puirchase forms) ?

On the payments and settings tab where you add your payment methods, you can adjust the various methods, specifying what is and what is not required. Click on the configure method button.

I've be caught out to many times, i check these days. Mind you i have no idea how express works so he could be right

In your Express Control Panel, go to 'Business Settings | Credit Card Settings' and then edit each card that you want to set the CV2 number for and tick the required box.
