Hi,

we've just has epos installed in our two stores to coincide with out ecommerce store. only problem is when we have a sale on the ecommerce site it isnt counting the stocks down in epos. the guys from epos link have had a look and cant see the issue. its counting the sales but not counting them down in stock levels, it looks like a simple bug, i was just wondering if anyone using 9.02 multi business has had the same issue and if they'v managed to get around it. ive checked all the links are working etc.

When you complete an order from your EC website, the stock number for the product appears in Epos as “Allocated”. This is shown within the product file screen.

The number allocated is taken off the stock level when you ship the order from your EC website.

You could also try un-ticking the following setting: Go to: ‘Business Settings’ within Business 9 and un-tick ‘Disable Automatic Stock Monitoring’
