Hi,
I pre-registered a domain for my shop (www.bigacorn.co.uk) and have redirected it to the IP address supplied by Actinic when I signed up. I've also set it in the custom domain field in Store Admin. When I use this domain name in a browser I get the Actinic 'store not found' screen.
I get the same screen when I try to use the 'Go to online store' facility in Store Admin. I can see my store front page if I cut and paste the Actinic store address from the Domain Config screen but all the links on the page return the 'store not found screen'.
Does anyone know how to correct this? We've redirected domains to other (non-Actinic) websites before and not had any problems. We've followed the Actinic directions correctly and tried to contact them for help.
