Ok, any volunteers? :D http://www.vistastore.co.uk

Currently known issues:
1. General Script Error - after log-in unable to visit any page from vertical links on the homepage.
2. Customer prices not shown on Best Sellers on homepage.

Please feel free to check the site through out, and tell what you think whatever that would be.

Please give me a chance to improve...

From what I can tell it's links from you home page that aren't working once logged in.

After you've received the error, click on the Contact Us Tab and then navigate through your site.

It has to be the Contact Us tab because the link URL contains cgi-bin/mf000001.pl not cgi-bin/bb000001.pl that is present in all other links on your home page.

I hope this helps you locate the problem,

Rich

I'd say there's not much wrong with it. I can't tell how your prices compare but the free delivery looks good.

One thing to correct is the typo on:

Five good reasons why you shoud buy from our store

- missing 'l' in should.

Your free delivery looks good and if I were in need of your products would be thinking cool:), free delivery will save me a packet only to find out that it is only for the London area and at that point would think I've/you wasted my time and start questioning what else are they going to trick me with:confused:. The whole thing about shopping online is trust and the moment people start thinking there's a trick you lose their faith and the sale.

Staying with the free delivery box is it me or have the t's in the text dropped a bit? Whatever it looks wrong.

I like the amount of info you give on the products, ceratinly very concise, however when I enlarge the images they open for a 1 second or so and then I get a javascript:ShowPopUp error. (Personally I can't see the need for the pop up images anyway as there is no extra detail needed on a bag of grout, is there?)

On product Nicobond Rapidflex Tile Adhesive (http://www.vistastore.co.uk/products/Nicobond_Rapidflex_Grey.html) at the end of the description it states 'Not suitable for tiling onto gypsum plaster, plastics or fibreglass. Use Nicobond Xtra instead'. It may benefit your customers to insert a link into the alternative product (http://www.vistastore.co.uk/products/Nicobond_Xtra_Adhesive_White.html).

What I was trying to say was that one logged in and you are on the index page, the Contact Us link is the only one that doesn't produce an error. It is also, the only one that has the cgi-bin/mf00001.pl in the destination URL.

I don't know how significant that is, but if you navigate away from the home page using the Contact Us link, then you can use any link on the page without receiving the error you had mentioned. I though it might help...

Thank you for your fedback,

in regards to free delivery, for londoners it's free next day, cost a little for same day, and for others it's still free but will arrive within 2-3 days. :) probably need to change the wording in t&c's to make it clearer :)

image enlargement: i was the same oppinion that it's not needed, but thought will give it a try and see what happens :) and popup error... I've checked in several browers, and can't see it... :( Anyone else have an oppinion on this?

I always had problems when it comes to decide the colours for the websites :(

if it was your site, how would you colourise it? how would you feel better on it as you have said on other post, that "human's eye can see 3 colours..." or something similar, so I would try to set three dominating site colours, like grey (borders, background etc.), then links, prices, descriptions, text, overall layout... but the problem is, that I don't want to make my site look similar to someone elses, I want it to be as simple as poss, and unique ;)

And I would like to hear your oppinion on image enlargement, is it needed?

As said earlier, most people scan read and I really couldn't see that it was free to other parts outside of London so you would have lost me. Agreed that just a small change to the wording would settle peoples thoughts.
