z reads

I am new user to this system and still using the trial period. When I try to reset the z read I receive the message "unable to reset network not available". After this in till set up/connection I cannot connect to the main data and get a message saying the path is incorrect. I have not changed anything so wonder what the problem might be. Can anyone help?
Further the settings in set up till/connection/ is set to network and the option to change to local is faded out and do not work as are the save/recall and buttons to select the various paths. Thanks for any help.

This post was replied and sorted via email. The solution was to point the data database connection back to itself within Setup\This Till\Connect.

Some settings will be faded out as it’s a trial version. These functions become useable once the software is licensed.
