Hi

Help The Retrieve orders button will not light so cannot retrieve orders.

Quick reply would be a great help.

Is it possible you have accidentally checked Bypass Catalog Order Processing?

Also, if you have changed your network settings then you will have to upload your catalog before you can download orders.

Hi Bob and Jan

Sorry for taking so long to get back. Apart from other work it took 5 hours to upload the site on our slow connection.

It all seems ok now after uploading. I think I caused a problem by clicking on the ssl and switching it off a bit later. 'Shouldn,t play' That would make sense with regard to the network settings.
