I have a problem i have posted before.
when a customer orders a product which has a component choice it does not show their attribute choice of colour or size, when in the basket, checkout or on my invoice.
Now if they tick a component it does!?
I have tried deleting,purging and adding again but to no avail.
I am told that my database may be at fault?
I would appreciate any help with this as i have to telephone customers and ask them for their colour and size on said items.
This is only happening on products that have a component as well as a attribute.
I have now added a hyp-link to accessories page to solve this prob for now!
