SSL certificate error

when trying to upload actinic ver 6 i geet an SSL certificate error saying

Web server not configured for secure transactions (SSL licence needed)

it worked fine in version 5 and nothing has changed except i have upgraded to version 6. any ideas about what i need to do to rectify this.
