Select Shipping Destination error

We are getting the following message that prevents customers from completing checkout:

Select Shipping Destination - UPS OnLine® Address Validation Tool error: The state or city does not match a known location with this zip code.

We're running v6.

Store URL is http://pcar.org/acatalog/index.html

Anyone have some words of wisdom?

We got the same problem?? running the latest version and when customer gets to checkout it reads

'Select Shipping Destination - Please select a country'

Did you get any advice??

Select Shipping Destination - UPS OnLine® Address Validation Tool error: The state or city does not match a known location with this zip code.
I have just placed a test order (name of Actinic test) and used an address of a hotel I stayed at so I had the correct address details and it went through without any problem. Can you give an example of when you get this error please.

It only happens occasionally on certain zip codes. I'll find out the latest and get back to you.
