unable to print

HELP - i cannot print packing lists or invoices!

I can print on all other applications but when i try i print from actinic (i'm using actinic business v6) i get as far as 'Printing Records' box appears and then i get a Blank error message?

Any ideas..............

Hi Peter

If you go to Start, Run, then type in REGEDIT.

Under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Actinic/Catalog*/Sites/Site1 (or whatever your site folder is called).

If you find the folder Printer Settings, then delete it - that should sort your problem.
