VAT amount on email confirmation of order

I have set the VAT to 15% in 'Business Settings'... it is not quite calculating correctly within the program, and also the email confirmation is showing the vat content to be to the value of 17.5% still... has anyone else encountered any problems like this with V7? Am I doing something wrong?

I've just tested a v7 site with the VAT rate at 15% and the confirmation email has displayed the correct VAT amount. Have you edited the OrderScript.pl file in the past? A purge and refresh might help (Help | Troubleshooting).
