Business - Suitable for Service Based Companies?

I have a client who offers various services through his existing brick and mortar company but would like to establish a site that would allow users to calculate service costs and perhaps order service packages online as well.
He would like to be able to offer discounted prices to certain clients as well.
Would Actinic Business be suitable for selling services rather than tangible products? Has anyone already set up a similar site?

It should be more than suitable providing that you can define an accurate set of options and prices for each service.

Discounts can be given to logged in customers.

You can also offer a total price discount to all shoppers so you could give an additional discount if enough money is spent.
