Product Details - Report Description

Is there any way to have the text that hs been entered into the :

Product Description for packaging List and Invoice Reports box displayed on the data entry report?

Afraid not directly. Hovever if you go to View / Business Settings / Options and enable Extended Product Description for Customer Reports, then this will give you an extra tab in the Products Details that you can paste in the description (or a subset of it) which will appear as you require.

Thats what I'm trying to acheive.

I have the Extended Product Description enabled, and the contents of this box is then printed on the packaging list, but I need thisinfo to appear on the Data Entry reports as this is the one I use.

From your comment you suggest that this should appear?? Is that correct?

I'm not sure which report/s this info appears on. Perhaps if Jan is listening she can help. She's the report guru.

The report description should appear on the data entry report, it will only appear on new orders though, not old ones because it is copied into the order details as they are placed.

(A little bugette is that if you switch it on and put some text in there, then switch it off the invoice, data entry and packing list reports still print it out).
