Fatal error on snapshot

Following message after making a snapshot of site

FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 776) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Internet Workwear\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught.

Try restarting the software then re-import.
