SMTP Server settings for Netcetera

Having recently switched hosting to netcetera, I'm having a hard time setting up the SMTP server. 'mail.netcetera.co.uk' and localhost both seem not to work and come back with invalid username and password errors.

Having spoken to netcetera they seem to think one of these should work with no username and password. Can anyone who hosts with them and advise differently. Thankyou.

Hmm. The last details they published for actinic suggest something different.

Although this http://help.inetc.net/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=28 suggest that "mail.netcetera.co.uk" should work.

Make sure you have the username and password cleared and then untick the authentication box as the last article suggests this isn't needed.
