There are many ways already documented within the forum. A quick search should yield some results. In summary, your options are:
1. Export to CSV format, edit in Excel and reimport - see here for example (http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=40026)
2. Run an SQL query against the Access database in MS Access directly
3. Purchase/trial third party plugins (http://www.actinic.co.uk/products/plugins.catman.htm) that can do this for you e.g. Mole end's Profit Price tool
Incidentally I think you meant "one fell swoop (http://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/at-one-fell-swoop.html)". A fail swoop would not be a good outcome for you.
:) - no offence meant - just the pedant in me......

Go to Advanced - Template Manager and switch to the classic view.
On the Miscellaneous tab, in the Email frame you will see a button for Order Recv, click it and you then edit the email content.

At least it was better than "one fowl swoop" which is very irritating :o
