HELP! empty .session and .ord files

I am currently working on a site for a client

They are having problems with tracking referrers through the site. The rs000001.pl script works fine, but the referrer simply isnt showing on the order at the end.

I attempted to look in the .session during a test order, but the .session file on the server was empty, it appears to be the same with the .ord file, even though they are able to pull down orders successfully (all-be-it without the referrer info)

I have set up an identical site locally and it works fine. I'm using windows/IIS they are using UNIX/apache

Can anyone shed any light on this?

What version of the software are you running? There was a problem with the referrer script affecting the session files, but this was fixed in 6.1.3.

Check your version in 'Help | About...' and then download a patch from our website if required.

I'm using Actinic Business v6.0.2, I tried the link for the latest patches, but I couldnt find where to download them :confused:
