features it has over google that i like:

- 'spy' on your users in real time, very useful.
- easier to use, really.
- export in pretty formats.
- *REAL TIME* no waiting a day for converts.
- a programmers API, you can have 'tag clouds' and use search data on your site.

downside?
- pay monthly.

One for the procrastinators out there to be wary of! I can just image legions of business owners watching intently as people trip into their website and through the site. :) Better than the telly!
Used correctly this kind of data can be invaluable though!

The 'Pro' setup would be enough for an Actinic site as it allows up to 7 steps, at only $59.99 a year, this seems quite tempting...

thats the problem, google make enough from PPC to cover just about everything

I used to run my own real time tracking system exactly like this and it was very good IMO as you could see exactly what people were up to live. The two problems were cost and people rapidly got bored after the novelty wore off and they had far better things to do with thier time.

Now I only offer analytics.
