Format of Product Description in Line Items

Hi All,

Attached screenshot of a typical order detail. Each line item seems to have 2 parts - the Product Short Description and underneath the Component Name + Choice. I would like to remove the top line and reduce this to just show the Component Name + Choice details. Is this possible and where would I look. I have Crystal Reports 8.5 if required but haven't got around to mastering it yet so keep it simple!!!!

Remove it off the screen in your image? If so, you cannot AFAIK.

one (sort of) way to do this would be to link all your choices to associated products (via permutations) and then check the box for 'no orderline for main product'
It would still show as 2 lines in your order but would only output one line on the packing list/invoice and in the cart

It's not a small job though.

Lee, unfortunately it cannot be deleted.

Tracy, does sound a massive task and I really just want to show the component details.

This must be generated somewhere and so able to be modified - does anyone know?
