Site Check Please

I've almost completed my first attempt at building a site and would welcome any comments or suggestions.

I am an absolute novice who realises his limitations with this sort of thing...but I need something up and running before I can finance a professional make-over.

I still have to resolve some problems with dealing with out of stock items etc. but on the whole the site seems to function pretty well.

Any help or advice would be gratefully received.....

The site seems to run abit slowly

it doesn't fit onto neither 800x600 res nor 1024 screen without the use of scrollbars

you should make some of the images on the index page clickable to enter the store, it takes a while to find the only way in

other than that the design isn't too bad it will do you ok to get the site up and running andselling

Many thanks for the feedback, Jo... I'll have a go at making the images clickable and change the res. That's what comes with designing the thing using 1280x1024.... :-)
