Nortree Menu

I have sucessfully implemented the Nortree menu system which works well, but would like to use transparent backgrounds for the menu items instead of solid colours - can anybody help ?

in the two background fields of the normenu config tool, put spacer.gif which is a gif that is transparent and usually in your site1 folder so is quite handy for this..(you may actually need to copy the spacer.gif from your site1 folder into your preview html folder, not sure)

also, you might want to try norcascade which is the latest version, that allows far more design choices for how the menus display... www.rouxel.cwc.net/actinicstuff.html

If you look nearby on this Forum you'll see that I've just posted NorCascade that implements a more modern menu system. This has drop shadows, fade effects and transparency, etc.
