shipping charges

i have just uploaded my site and tested it but my shipping prices do not work. i am charging £5.00 for one product then £2.75 for each product when two or more are ordered, e.g. 3 products ordered = 3* 2.75, but it is only coming up as 2.75. Does it not calculate the price automaticaly or do i need to hard code each order quantity/cost into it?

Hi there.

Try using the "increment highest value in the table by" box in View | Business settings | Shipping & handling. You can enter £2.75 per 1.
