can't find table

i have a table that is throwing out my design.

it is the table that gets inserted when you ask to ship to a different address and you already have an address saved.

called from within: Act_Order02.html

by:

<!-- Location info for address book -->NETQUOTEVAR:LOCATIONINFO<!-- End of location info for address book -->

anyone know where the code for this table is? its set to 600 and i want to change it to 100%
