Online payment providers

Seen a lot of problem with worldpay in the forum - can anyone suggest an alternative or offer experience of other services?

Try looking under Business settings in Actinic, you should find a pull down menu under Payment Method.

Suggest you follow these up as they are already sorted for Actinic.

I have just put my last site with Protx.com and they worked really hard to get me up and running in a couple of days.

Used Worldpay on the other two sites with no problems to date but no some have had problems this week, I guess the higher your order numbers the more likely you are to have had a problem
