Error: The specified sharded SSL user ID is invalid or is not registered with this pr

We are experienceing an issue with a client's Actinicn 6 site. They're using 6.1.3

On a checkout page we have a Button that links to the secure payment.

When the button is pressed an error is displayed:

A General Script Error Occurred

Error: The specified sharded SSL user ID is invalid or is not registered with this provider
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner


I have looked for possible solutions but have been unable to find anything.

This problem has been reported by people ordering from Germany, Netherlands and Norway. I have not been able to recreate the problem and I am at a loss on how to fix.

Is this for an Actinic provided Shared SSL service (there are some others), which you can tell from the URL of (from memory) of actinicsecure.com?

If so and payment is being made to Actinic for the service, you should be able to call Actinic support to get the issue resolved.
