Error starting program

Having had my computer crash because of ******* viruses. I managed to get the catalog working again using backup files. Now when I try to start the program, this error appears.

A required .DLL file, CONNECTIONWIZARD.DLL, was not found

appears. Where can I get the DLL's from, or should I try installing again?:mad:

You might want to look on the CD, but a fresh install with all of the options installable for v4 might be the best way, and as you are importing a backup anyway, should not be too much hassle.

Thanks for that advice. However, I fixed the problem by downloading an update patch from V4 to V4.1, but now when you go to checkout and then to CC page, the error code appears and won't let you any further.

How can I resolve this?

the error code appears Which 'error' code? - there are quite a few.

Have you tried a 'Web | Refresh Website'?

Also, did you completely re-install the software afresh from the CD?
