Font Changes Again

Any ideas on how to effect a change to the text that is displayed in a drop down box? I have tried placing font tags around the NETQUOTEVAR:CHOICENAME in Act_VariantListChoice.html with no luck.

I am also trying to do the same in the Brochure pages. Any idea which NETQUOTEVAR controls the text on brochure pages? and where it is?
