IIS5 & Catolog

Can anyone help me set up catolog with IIS5 i would like to test the site on my own pc before publishing to the web

We can't really support you with it, but we can help you if you want to install Apache and War-FTP as documented in the Advanced User Guide.

Good luck with IIS - its a real dog getting it to work.

I switched to Apache and WarFTP and it was a breeze. The only **issue** to look out for is configuring Apache to run as a service under W2K.

(I say issue only in so much as you need to read the instructions).

Once I had switched to Apache testing stores became a real breeze.

On the development side, I would really stress the joy and satisfaction of testing the installation locally -- makes me wish I had 10 more clients just for the joy!!
