Harvesting email addresses?

On express:

There is a button for manage store, then process customers (to email them a password reminder etc)
It has their address and email and other data.
How can I easily harvest the email addresses to send them an email flyer, without copying and pasting each address into outlook?
Any help appreciated.

You are only allowed to send marketing emails to people who have bought from you, even then it is advisable to first send an email inviting them to join your mailing list...
