I know I'm a bit dim, but I seem to have missed the question.

Sorry maybe i made it unclear

i need to set up the shipping as above and not sure how...

1st if the client is from South africa they must be able to choose whether they want it sent to the post office (one price)
OR

if they want it sent to their address(another price)

thats for south africans

Then for the rest of the world which is set up in Zones they can either choose internationl air mail(one price) or international courier (another price)


and then last i need to set up one price per kg and there after per 100g locally and per 500gram internationally

1. Create your different 'zones' (places you ship to)
2. Assign countries to each of the zones.
3. Create a 'class' of shipping for the different ways you can ship to each zone.
4. Create the shipping table for each class with the weights and associated price.

The details should be in the actinic help files.
