error occured while sending the merge request

I know this has been done to death but I cant find a solution to this problem anywhere.

I've done a compact / website refresh but this error message keeps coming up. I've rebooted my PC, restarted actinic but still the same. Any ideas?

You might try deleting the contents of your ftp? then refresh?

also, incriment your perl script ID by 1, and then refresh.
