shipping troubles

Oh Dear.....another problem!!!!!!

I have tried to define a simple shipping regime where I have only 4 type of shipping. 2 for the UK, 1 for Europe and 1 for rest of world.

I thought I'd done it correctly buy upon doing a test order I get a message saying my order has exceeded the shipping tables defined and won't proceed.

Please please please tell me how I can define these 4 simple things with only 1 condition, that being orders are free over £35.

You haven't stumped us. Never fear!

First of all, set the calculation basis to be 'By Value'

I would create a zone for the UK, a zone for Europe and a zone for the Rest of the World. To create a new zone, you do a right click in the main white area and select 'New Zone' and then put all the members in the zone.

You then right-click on each zone and select 'Add Class | New Class'.

In your class do something like:

Value Cost
£35.00 £10.00 (or whatever)
£35.01 £0.00

Then set 'Excess' to 'Take the highest value in the table'.

Also, you can use the 'Free Over' check box (at the left) and enter £35.00 in the box provided for all your orders to have free shipping it they are over £35.00.
