postage problem

hi there i want to make my postage setting then its free over £50 anywhere in uk and £6 if under £50 anywhere in uk, but i cant seem to do this, as when i go online and try place an order it says:

"Select Shipping Destination - The catalog shipping database does not have any shipping options defined for this location. Please contact us directly with your order."

it says this whenever the postage value is under £50, anyone know how to set this, right now my settings are like below:

order value: cost:
£5 £6
£10 £6
etc to 50....£6

and then at the bottom: increment highest value in table by £6 per £50.

any help please??:confused:

i just reuploaded it with the settings that i described and it seems to be working now, does this sound like its ok, the way the settings are anyhow, i dont want any last miniute hitches.....thanks anyhow
