All my links seem to have gone completely pearshaped on my live site, but I am getting weird and intermittant results...possibly caused by caching of pages?

Can someone goto http://www.lowcarbgoodies.co.uk/index.html, and click on one of the top 5 products?

And also http://www.lowcarbgoodies.co.uk/low-carb-recipes.html, and click on one of the 'More details on this Cake Mix' links?

Did it link you somewhere or did you get a 'page cannot be found error' with a path pointing to /acatalog/?
