changing headings in terms and condtions

Hi i am trying to add new headings to the terms and condtions like Order Cancellations etc this is what help says.

(Tip 8: The headings can be re-titled so that they appear with your own wording in the online shop. Go to Design Options | Advanced: Language | Misc. tab, select the tab heading and replace it with your own words.)

But i go to Design Options but there is no Advanced: Language

What can i do ??

Design>Text>Website tab, miscellaneous tab, you should see the headings under there
