Encrytion key, Quick Answer !

I need to know that if you want to load your site off your main ccomputer onto a laptop, hence 2 computers using the site, one to download, one to upload , the encrytion must be the same, I am right am I ?

The security keys need to be the same. They should come with the site snapshot. I have never done this, but you needed a fast answer.

Yea, I thought so, but the cgi script number needs to be different, which I think is making it work, now it is just uploading the site and time is ticking...

If you go to Housekeeping / Security then all the keys, etc are there. Copy and paste these into a textfile and that's an extra safety net.

When I copy a site I copy Site1 and then use said textfile to re-enter the security stuff on the new system.

I'm not sure about the script ID's needing to be different. You're using them for different putposes if one system is only doing downloads so the same ID should be OK.
