pictures - paste as duplicate

when i copy and paste a product as duplicate the image doesn't paste new image but the old one?

I'm not sure if I understand your post, but the duplicate should be identical to the original, is that not happening?

everything is duplicating exceot the picture. i have replace the image recently, and have tried pasting it again but the old image is coming with it.

does that make sense?? it's very frustrating!!!!

Hmmmm, try removing the img from the original, apply the changes and reset duplicates (if that's th procedure for V7). Then try navigating to the imag again.

It may be worth compacting the database too, just in case there's a gremlin in there.

Did you mean you have replaced the image in the original?

If you use the Froogle feed feature, the output file shows a bug in the pricing of duplicates (they remember the 'old' price if the price on the original product changes).
