what went out of stock?

I keep getting messages when I receive orders that something has been suspended, but when I look at the suspended items I just see a big list and it's difficult to work out what I've just run out of and what was already out of stock.

Is there an easy way to tell which item just went out of stock?

Hi,

I believe one of the ways to check stock status of your products is to goto View | Stock levels in Actinic, which provides a list of all you products in store and the status against each order.

You also have the ability to view different and select types of products i.e. 'all product type'.

That is just the same as pressing the stock button. It tells me what is out of stock, but what I want to know is what went out of stock last.

You could use the 'Transactions' report in order to see all the items ordered in the last day. That's the only way to see what product went out of stock last.
