Hi,

business v7.06

I'm trying to export my store to a .csv file

I go to file:export choose the options and then press export..

The process starts then hangs while 'preparing export'

It goes no further... when I press cancel the message;

'the parameter is incorrect'

but no further details are shown.

How can I find out what is stopping the export?

Firstly if you haven't already compact the database then before exporting try clicking on the home icon in the content tree to give it focus.

Thanks for the reply.
I tried your suggestions, but unfortunately the same thing happened.
It hangs in the same place... after waiting, clicking cancel just gives the message;
'the parameter is incorrect'

Is there an error log associated with the export function?

How am I supposed to find out which parameter is 'incorrect'

Theres nothing wrong with the store... all is working OK.

Any clues anyone?
